I think it all comes down to the gov't needing an excuse for the emergencies act. The gov't planned it the crown and rcmp conspired to make the arrests and the zealot Johnston along with complicate judges played it out. Shame on the gov't, so called justice system. And praise to the men and women who stood against illegal mandates based on the lies of health canada, big pharma and who ever else were stuffing their pockets.

I too am from Ontario, although I lived in Manitoba for many years. Tamara Lich and Chris Barber will get their verdicts on their charges in mid-March. I am not at all optimistic that they will be found not guilty, given how others have been treated by the courts thus far. It is really shameful what was done to people simply because they stood up for themselves and a hell of a lot of other Canadians, including me.
It goes past shameful into terrifying for me. I am now fully considering leaving this country for good after 4 generations worked themselves to the bone to build it. I cant live here with a corrupt idiotic judiciary plus a senate chock full of CCP infiltrated partisan yes men. Carney was the one who wrote that Op ed piece in the Ottawa Citizen saying that the protesters were seditionists and they all should be punished by the law to the maximum.
