Imagine how many years in prison he would have been sentenced to if he cracked the Liberal Party Website or any other site affiliated with Liberals.

What would be the relevant jurisdiction for the GiveSendGo hack and doxxings? Why has he not been charged there?
I have no idea…. only that he now faces potential jail for hacking the Texas GOP. That’s good enough for me. Punishment is punishment.
I’ve contacted them to see if they can join in the case or start a similar one.
They are a Delaware corporation though that is usually just a formality.
I’d just like him to have as much thrown at him as possible and the fact he admitted the GiveSendGo hack makes a conviction more likely.
